Personal Background
Alfred Madaba is a Senior and Founding Partner at Landwell Advocates in Kampala, Uganda. He has over 15 years of experience as an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda. He majors in Energy & Extractives(Oil, Gas & Mining), Civil & Commercial Litigation, Land and Real Property Transactions and Conveyancing.
Mr. Madaba is also a duly certified Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public in Uganda.
He is a Board Member of Kilembe Mines Ltd. and formerly the Attorney General of Inzu Ya Masaba a cultural institution comprising 5 Districts of the Elgon zone for a period of 4 years with effect from 2015.
Alfred has conducted and litigated Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Domestic, Land and Election Petition matters in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court and Subordinate Courts. He has also appeared before tribunals notably; the Tax Appeals Tribunal and the Electricity Disputes Tribunal.

Alfred holds a Bachelor of Laws(Hons.) from Uganda Christian University, Mukono and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala.
He is completing his Masters of Laws at the Instute of Petroleum Studies in Kampala, majoring in Oil & Gas.
